I attended a mini workshop training on August 24, 2019 of Don Martinez. First, let me say that he captured my attention and everyone in the room from the very beginning. This workshop was on time management. Don immediately stressed the key is taking complete control over your life, work, and family by focusing on yourself first. Making sure you are ok is where you should start. Being an accountant, I have attended other time management seminars throughout my career, however Don's approach is rather unique and goes beyond organizing your work to do list. As powerful as his seminar is I couldn't believe I was getting the mini version as it was only for a couple of hours. I would definitely say an entire day with Don would be life changing.

Don is a very powerful and dynamic speaker that really makes you think. My takeaway is the key to time management is getting control over your life and not allowing everyone around you to control your time.
