When I set out to build Domar, my mission was to help companies identify true diversity leaders that represent the communities we live in across the world. After working for three world-class companies in corporate America, I've decided to spend the rest of my life building a global search firm that promotes diversity and inclusion.
I long for the day that we can work together in partnership to help our clients serve the needs of a more diverse talent pool.
