Coach Don offers a company’s game plan and strategy to help you create your winning edge—a process and system to outplay your competition's leadership process and training with dynamic and personalized digital experiences to accelerate managers’ long-term professional development and drive personal growth — because we know that when your management team thrives, so does your business. 

1. We help you develop a plan of action; this plan starts with you on understanding of your value proposition 

2. The self-assessment process, if you have taken a self-assessment at your current or former company, will provide you with a starting point. In most cases, individuals have an idea of their strengths and weaknesses.

3. The feedback process, which interprets your assessment, determines the development one will need to be better prepared for knowing yourself.

Hourly Rate

The executive coaching rate is $575 an hour; the client pays you based on every coaching hour they receive.

Monthly Coaching for 90 Days

Monthly coaching is a full-service coaching program, where we assess your entire career needs.

Typically, we work with you to craft out your pitch. We all know that finding a job can bring on stress and anxiety, and oftentimes, individuals come back to us and say they may have made a mistake or left out an important statement.

In the end, Coach Don will help prepare you for your interview.

What we do is create a game plan that starts with a mock interview. But more importantly, we create a three- to five-step process and a set of questions that help you get more clarity on how you fit into the role.

We work on helping to tell your story, and one of the number one problems we hear from our clients is that they say they're good at talking about their company, a product, or their services, but when it comes time to talk about themselves, they freeze.
