Martha Martinez is the President & CEO of the Domar Companies, Inc a Women minority retained search Firm (WMBE) Martha brings more than 20 year experience in Business and financial operations. Martha is in charge of the day to day business and financial reporting for the firm.

Martha has work for such companies as Rockwell International and The Boeing Company Martha has been an advocate for small minority run businesses. Martha has been recognized as a Latina business leader and women in business enterprises. She is an active member of the Hispanic Community and serves as a founding Board member for Core Institute for motivational Advancement (CIMA Inc)
