Rick is a key member of the Domar Companies, team. He has been instrumental in running our day to day research and operations department. Rick and his team have been instrumental in building a global network of the very best in diversity talent. For more than 12 years we have built a custom application tracking system to manage our stable of candidates. Rick has worked for companies such as Roadway International, Coca Cola bottling company and Fresenius Medical Care. Rick brings a wealth of experience in international and global markets.

Our goal is to “Always Be Recruiting” Like many firms we take pride in our ability to get to know our candidates. What sets us apart from our competition is that we don’t just sell you on our capability and pass this on to someone else we as a team performs the work. Rick is active High school football coaches that know how to motivate and get results. We as a company know the dynamics and challenges in major companies. Rick attended East Los Angeles Community College; he holds a certificate in Computer Engineering from the Department Public work, Los Angeles, Certifications in Operations Management, Seminars, in training, education, sexual harassment awareness training and dealing with poor performance and negativity training.
